Where do you see yourself in 20 years?

If you are willing to work hard now to prepare for your future, then Breakthrough is the right program for you!  We'll provide you with challenging courses (taught by college students!), small class sizes, transportation to and from the program, and a whole lot more!

What does it mean to be a Breakthrough student?

Breakthrough students commit to six years of academic programming including:

• Six-week summer programs pre-7th, pre-8th and pre-9th grades
  • Four core academic classess including math, science, writing, and literature
  • Two hours of homework four nights per week
  • Elective classes such as dance, Spanish, inventions, photography, and debate
• After-school and Saturday classes during 7th and 8th grades
• High school options counseling and application assistance
• Monthly grade meetings, tutoring, SAT preparation, college preparation workshops, and college application assistance 9-12th grades

Students also participate in:

• Special events and activities

• Career exploration
