Why Breakthrough
Middle school is such a pivotal time in a student's educational journey. To work with this age demographic allows us to teach students key skills they'll need to thrive now and in the future. Additionally, Breakthrough programs provide the opportunity for college-aged adults to preview this profession with the security of a leadership team that will support them in navigating a career where everyday looks different from the last.
